7-Day Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be returned in its original condition.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and included items.
- Be in its original packaging, with the packaging remaining intact and undamaged.
- Show no signs of misuse, modification, or excessive wear.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, you must provide a complete and unedited unboxing video clearly showing:
- The sealed package before opening.
- The shipping label.
- The entire unboxing process.
- The contents received.
Claims for damaged, defective, or missing items without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected by our team.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed after the inspection confirms that the item meets the return eligibility requirements. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
